TBI Social Recreation program

The TBI Social Recreation Program delivers innovative community-based health promotion, adaptive recreation, and expressive arts programs throughout Western Massachusetts.

Two programs are offered weekly for individuals in the community who have sustained a traumatic brain injury and their families. Our experienced staff is committed to creating a safe and welcoming learning community where each person's unique talents and perspectives are valued and enriched. We stimulate participants' social and cognitive abilities by involvement in activities that will maximize their potential to lead healthy and active lives.

The Social Recreation Program partners with All Out Adventures, Holyoke Rows, and the Department of Conservation and Recreation to provide accessible and inclusive community recreation opportunities for all participants.

This program is funded by the Brain Injury & Statewide Specialized Community Services Department.
