Outpatient Behavioral Health Services

We offer comprehensive services for families and children, from birth to age 20 in Franklin, Hampshire, Berkshire, and Hampden counties.  Calling is the first step to get the help you need. 

When you call, our intake staff will ask you some basic questions to allow us to try to match you with a clinician who can meet your needs. Your first appointment will be for an assessment–– a time for you and your child to meet with a trained professional who will listen carefully to your concerns and work with you to make a plan for treatment and link you with the appropriate care.

Services include:

• Family, individual and group therapy for:  anxiety, depression, school problems, family conflict, ADHD, abuse and trauma, behavior problems, substance abuse
• Psychological testing
• Consultation with board-certified child psychiatrists regarding possible medication
• Children’s Behavioral Health Initiative (CBHI) Services for Mass Health enrolled youth & their families:
• In-Home Therapy (formerly FST)
• Therapeutic Mentoring
• Pathways and Home-Based Intensive: DMH-referred therapeutic programs for children and adolescents
• Adolescent/Family DBT
• Specialized treatment for adolescents and families with severe mood and behavioral problems
