Berkshire Vocational Programs

Berkshire Vocational Services helps people with disabilities find and maintain mployment.  Having been in business for more than 25 years, we have placed well over 1,200 people in independent, competitive employment throughout western Massachusetts.

Every individual is screened and assessed for skills, aptitudes, and abilities needed for competitive employment.  Our success reflects the effort we put toward finding the best match between the job seeker’s abilities and interests and the demands of a particular job.

We also maintain contact after job placement.  We offer a variety of supportive services to employees and their employers to ensure high productivity, growth, and job satisfaction for both.
